Business alliance grades pols on jobs

The Portland Business Alliance on Wednesday released a JOBS Scorecard that evaluates elected officials on their track record of creating a job-friendly climate. The alliance, which has about 1,300 members, rated Portland city, Multnomah County and Metro elected officials, as well as Gov.
