The Oregon Health Insurance Exchange approved this year by lawmakers would serve more than 280,000 Oregonians, according to a preliminary business plan.
As the Associated Press reports, state lawmakers have asked that detailed reports on how the exchange would operate be submitted in advance of their February session.
