Oregon Republican Party opens three statewide primaries to non-affiliated voters
The Oregon Republican Party will open primaries for three statewide offices to non-affiliated voters. While they won't be able to cast votes in May's presidential primary, non-affiliated voters could participate in the attorney general, secretary of state and treasurer primaries under the GOP plan.
