Adams pushes OHSU/PSU commercialization
Portland Mayor Sam Adams said Friday the city will launch a "commercialization partnership" with Oregon Health & Science University and Portland State University.
The effort could "turn academic innovations into local businesses and create jobs," Adams said in his 2012 State of the City address delivered at a City Club of Portland meeting.
Adams also touted the area's improved employment numbers, espoused a new biogas facility in Northeast Portland and praised such programs as the Portland Seed Fund and the revamped Greater Portland Inc...
