Covering Portland candidates is a real tweet
As Portland's three top mayoral candidates duked it out verbally at Oregon Public Broadcasting’s studios this morning, a number of us journalists were immersed into the TweetUp world.
A TweetUp is a kind-of catchy name for an assembly of people — in this case, local reporters and observers such as PSU economist Eric Fruits — who are tweeting on about a certain event or topic (thanks, Urban Dictionary, which can seemingly define anything).
