What are the ugliest buildings in Portland?

Few Portland buildings are outright atrocious. Our greatest offense is mediocrity. Still, we’ve got some rejects out there. And while I am somewhat of a Portland Building apologist, I think overall there’s perhaps no era I dislike more than Eighties postmodernism.
