In their ongoing efforts to reach voters that don't typically show up to town hall meetings in community centers, a number of elected officials have taken to doing "Twitter Town Halls". Last month, Congressman Kurt Schrader did one.
Today, at 2:30 p.m., Senator Jeff Merkley will take to Twitter to answer questions about creating jobs in Oregon and around the country. You can talk to him @SenJeffMerkley. They've asked folks to use the hashtag #JeffJobsChat to participate directly in this town hall session.
