Here's 20 pictures that explain why the the revenue package that Governor Kitzhaber has presented to the Oregon legislature to consider in a special session starting September 30 suffers from three major flaws. Those three flaws are (1) revenue shrinks after the current budget period, (2) it’s mainly a tax cut for some of Oregon’s wealthiest 1 percent, and (3) it won’t create any jobs, despite what its proponents claim.
