Oregon Republican delegates among those who faced safety concerns on buses in high winds

Oregon delegates to the Republican National Convention say they're not worried about the approach of Tropical Storm Isaac. The delegates are among those in hotels right on the coast, and a major reason officials canceled the convention on Monday is that they did not want to move those delegates by bus in high winds.
