Rudy Soto to File Complaint Against Dan Saltzman
Rudy Soto announced this morning he would file a formal complaint against Saltzman for voting on a $600,000 grant that went to the employer of his girlfriend without disclosing the relationship. Earlier this week, the City Attorney’s Office issued a written statement that Saltzman had done nothing wrong when he took that vote as a member of the allocation committee for the taxpayer-supported Portland Children’s Levy.
