Workers who use pot to relieve pain or nausea can be fired for drug use even if they have a state-issued medical marijuana card, the Oregon Supreme Court ruled Thursday.

    This is a pretty interesting case. It's one of those rights versus rights cases, with the added wrinkle of being a state's law versus fed law case.

    I think the court got it right, but this only underscores how idiotic the federal law against marijuana is. That's what really needs to be changed.
