Standing up for the little guy is no easy deal. Amanda limiting her contributions is noble. She still need to be competitive. Mary Nolan has accepted Thousands of Dollars from Wal-Mart. Tell Mary to give the money back!

Jeff, the Wal-Mart donation was actually many years ago - and it's pretty standard for a big corporation to give to legislative leaders. They haven't donated anything to Nolan's race for council.
The Oregonian retracted the piece with the falsehood.
Rep. Mary Nolan just received a lifetime achievement award from 1000 Friends of Oregon for her strong stances on land use, so clearly that donation had no influence when it was made.

Evan, I admire 1000 friends of Oregon. This does not change the fact that UFCW Local 555 and our friends agree taking the money is a Red flag. we are worried about Wal-Marts crashing into Portland. I am confident they will not be on Farms and Forests.
