Thank you Governor for taking a position on this issue. With a train one mile long scheduled to come down the Columbia River Gorge every hour of every day heading for six terminals in Washington and Oregon it is time that the folks who are concerned about the environment, farming and land use speak up. Each train will lose fifty thousand pounds of coal in the trip from Montana to China. The route includes going through Portland on its way to Coos Bay. Part of this route is owned by the Port of Coos Bay. If you love cheap crap from China at Wall Mart and endless debt financed by borrowing while Romney and his fellow pirates pay NO TAXES then you will love this.

Warren Buffet is behind it with a five billion dollar investment; and sadly so is President Obama who created the false slogan clean coal.

The Sierra Club is also a main organizer against this disaster.
