Is this man the real D.B. Cooper?

Over at New York Magazine, they think they've finally solved the question: Who is D.B. Cooper? Here's the original FBI sketch (left) and a period photo of the man who might be D.B. Cooper:

For readers who don't know about Cooper, here's the short version of the only unsolved airplane hijacking in the world:

On November 24, 1971, a man calling himself Dan Cooper hijacked a plane that departed from Portland, forced it to land in Seattle, picked up $200,000 in ransom and four parachutes, forced the plane to fly south toward Mexico, and parachuted out of the plane somewhere over the Columbia River. He's never been seen again, though some of his money was found years later buried in the riverbank. There's more at Wikipedia.

Who is New York Magazine's source? A man who claims to be D.B. Cooper's brother.
